The circuit comprises a power supply input circuit whose input end is connected with a power grid, and a power adjustment circuit whoseinput end is connected with the output end of the power supply input circuit. The circuit further comprises a transformer whose input end is connected with the output end of the power adjustment circuit, a power supply output circuit whose input end is connected with the output end of the transformer and outputend is connected with a charging interface, and a control circuit which is connected with the power adjustment circuit and the power supply input circuit and used for monitoring the input voltage of the power supply input circuit and controlling the power adjustment circuit to adjust the power supply input power according to the input voltage. According to the charging circuit provided by the invention, the power adjustment circuit and the control circuit are arranged; the control circuit monitors the input voltage; and at the same time the control circuit controls the power adjustment circuitto adjust the input power according to the monitored input voltage to adapt to the voltage fluctuations of the power grid to prevent current from exceeding rated current.
