Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual forming process, the change of the temperature field of the molten pool is affected by many factors such as the scanning path, boundary conditions, and the shape of the part. This type of control method does not consider the influence of these key factors on the temperature stability of the molten pool. Effective monitoring and control of the time and even the temperature of the molten pool, including the poor real-time performance of the control system, which eventually leads to large error in the results
In addition, response hysteresis, poor real-time control effect, etc. may lead to closed-loop control divergence
Hinders process control, ideal closed-loop control of melt pool temperature is currently lacking

Embodiment

[0059] In the following, only the single-channel single-layer clamped on one side of the laser three-dimensional forming substrate is used as a representative, and it is explained that in the laser three-dimensional forming process, this embodiment is based on the temperature closed-loop control algorithm to optimize the establishment of the thermal-force field finite element model of the laser three-dimensional forming. In the laser three-dimensional process of this example, the material is Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, the initial laser power is 2000W, the scanning speed is 10mm / s, the spot diameter is 2mm, the layer thickness is 0.2mm, and the molten pool grid is divided into 2×2 , the forming structure is a single-channel single-layer thin-walled wall clamped by one side of the substrate.

[0060] Step 1. Use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish the geometric model of the substrate and divide the mesh, assign the material properties of the substrate to the s...

Abstract

The invention discloses a closed-loop simulation method for laser three-dimensional forming. The simulation method is different from the usual thermal-mechanical coupling model. In the whole simulation process, a constant laser power is simply used, but based on the process characteristics of laser three-dimensional forming, it is continuously and dynamically adjusted. The laser power of the next melt pool, compared with the existing thermal-mechanical coupling model of laser stereoforming, the finite element optimization modeling method based on temperature closed-loop control is more in line with the objective laws of the actual forming process. An optimized model that is more in line with the real processing process must be able to more accurately reveal the thermal-force field evolution law and coupling mechanism of laser three-dimensional forming, and provide scientific guidelines for mitigating the stress and deformation of laser three-dimensional forming.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention belongs to the field of additive manufacturing, and particularly relates to a closed-loop simulation method for laser three-dimensional forming. 【Background technique】 [0002] Additive manufacturing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology that uses point-by-point accumulation to manufacture parts. Its core idea is "discrete-accumulation", which is different from machining (subtractive manufacturing) and casting / forging (equivalent manufacturing). This technology can realize rapid and free forming without mold, and has the characteristics of fast manufacturing speed, near-net shape, suitable for single-piece small batch manufacturing, etc. It is widely used in aerospace, medical, mold, automobile, engineering and other fields. The metal additive manufacturing process is a complex metallurgical process involving moving molten pool, solidification, and solid-state phase transformation. It has the characteristics of nonlinear, u...
