Abstract

The invention discloses a bacteria-loaded composite microsphere for synchronously removing phenol and aniline, its preparation method and application. Film formation, the degrading strain belongs to the genus Rhodococcus, named Rhodococcus sp.PB‑1, and is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with the preservation number CCTCC NO.M2019472. In the present invention, the optimum bacteria content, sodium alginate, bamboo charcoal and chitosan concentrations are determined through orthogonal experiments. The bacteria-loaded composite microsphere provided by the invention has remarkable effect on removing phenol and aniline, can be recycled, has simple preparation method and low production cost, and has very broad application prospect in treating industrial wastewater polluted by related organic matter.
