The DC brushless motor starting protection method comprises the following steps: (1) setting a short-circuit protection current limit value A and an overload protection current limit value B; (2) setting a board-level temperature limit value C; (3) starting a motor; (4) measuring a current value on a power supply trunk line of the DC brushless motor; (5) collecting a current signal, and judging whether the value of the current signal reaches the short-circuit protection current limit value A or not; (6) judging whether the value of the current signal reaches the overload protection current limit value B or not, and (7) collecting a board-level temperature value and judging whether the temperature value reaches the board-level temperature limit value C or not.
