The method is characterized by comprising the following steps, 1), a ship fuel consumption monitoring system is used for collecting ship instantaneous fuel consumption data which comprises data such as ship position reports in all previous voyages, the original data are cleaned, wrong data or inaccurate data are removed, and a ship instantaneous fuel consumption navigation big database is established; 2), an attribute reduction theory and a dependency degree algorithm in a rough set or a clustering and decision tree analysis method are used for finding relevant variables with the most important influence on fuel consumption from influence parameters such as wind, wave and flow; and 3), an instantaneous fuel consumption model of the ship is extracted, and a relation between the ship fuel consumption and navigation environment parameters such as the wind, the wave, the flow and the ship speed is found. According the ship track optimization method, the ship safe obstacle avoidance is considered, and the energy conservation and the like of the ship are considered by comprehensively considering the running working conditions of equipment such as a ship main engine and a ship auxiliary machine and the environment of a sea voyage, so that it is guaranteed that the ship can adapt to complex sea conditions and navigation environments to the largest extent.
