Abstract

The access door comprises an inner door and an outer door, wherein the inner door is arrangedat one side, towards the inner cavity, of the sealing box; the edge of the inner door and the edge of the outer door are separately in sealing and opening-closing connection with the inner side of amounting surface of the sealing box; and a leakage buffer room is formed between the inner door and the outer door. The invention further discloses the sealing box provided with the access door. A double-layer door is arranged and the leakage buffer room is arranged in the double-layer door, so that purity, in an operating space, of the sealing box is ensured, external substance leakage and invasion which possibly appears as a result of seams or fine diffusion is effectively isolated, water oxygen impurities in the sealing box is kept to be lower than 1 PPM, and gas purity and pressure intensity in the sealing box are effectively controlled.
