The invention discloses a divided water tank preheating type electromagnetic induction high temperature water heating device and a control method thereof. A water tank is divided into a main water region and an auxiliary water region, wherein the tops of the main water region and the auxiliary water region are communicated, the main water region and an electromagnetic induction heater form a preheating and high temperature water delivery system, the auxiliary water region injects water to the main water region with the controllable flow, and after the main water region is filled with water, water overflows to return to the auxiliary water region. According to the whole mechanism, the main region water is preheated preferentially, after the water is preheated to the temperature, the main water region is filled with auxiliary region water with the controllable flow, and the auxiliary region water overflows and is heated under the condition of controlling the water temperature of the mainregion to be unchanged. The main region water can be subjected to electromagnetic heating at any time to reach the required temperature (not larger than 150 DEG C) after reaching the temperature to be delivered. The operation use requirement of preferentially heating and preferentially supplying some water to an oil field is met, and the total efficiency of electromagnetic heating is ensured. After the two water regions are both preheated to the temperature, the total water can be delivered, and the requirement for supplying a large amount of water at a time is met. A digital control system compares parameters in real time, automatically judges the self-heating execution mode and the external instrument execution mode, and is easy to realize and convenient to operate.
