Abstract

The invention discloses a storage area design method for a box-in-box type three-dimensional storehouse for multiple varieties of small batches of articles. The method comprises the following steps: setting constraint conditions; determining an initial value range of the minimum intervals of storage boxes in the height direction; determining the number of intervals in tray boxes, the number of intervals occupied by the storage boxes and an initial value range of the dividing modes in the storage boxes; selecting the outline sizes of the tray boxes and the storage boxes corresponding to the ith, jth, kth and lth traversal values in sequence within a traversal range; calculating the number of storage box cells required for storing all articles, a corresponding box splicing scheme, the numberof the tray boxes and the storage area number; carrying out traversing; and comparing the series of calculated corresponding quantity of the tray boxes and the storage boxes and the quantity and capacity volume of storage areas, and selecting the sizes of the tray boxes and the storage boxes and the capacity of the storage areas corresponding to a group of traversal data with the smallest volume.By means of the method, the problems that storage areas are not enough and the utilization rate of the storage areas is low are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics warehousing or parts warehousing in manufacturing industry, and in particular relates to a method for designing a location of a box-in-box three-dimensional warehouse for multi-variety and small-batch items. Background technique [0002] The storage of parts has always been a particularly important link in manufacturing enterprises. The storage and management of multi-variety and small-batch parts has always been a headache for enterprises. [0003] Under the traditional scheme, either a single-size pallet box or a storage box is used as a unit storage method. The specification of the pallet box or storage box needs to be based on the maximum size of the storage items, and a lot of time is wasted when storing small-size items. The storage space has a great impact on the storage cost of the enterprise; either the beam shelf is used for storage, although the storage capacity of small-sized items ...
