Abstract

The present invention discloses a GIS multi-factor combined aging test platform fault insulator positioning method. The method comprises the steps of: in response to test starting signals of a multi-factor combined aging test, recording vibration signals measured by each vibration sensor in real time; after insulator arc-over is generated, stopping recording of the vibration signals measured by each vibration sensor; for each vibration sensor, extracting vibration signals with a preset duration prior to insulator arc-over as normal vibration signals, and extracting the vibration signals with a preset duration when insulator arc-over is generates as fault vibration signals; for each vibration sensor, comparing the normal vibration signals and the fault vibration signals of the vibration sensor; selecting two vibration sensors with the maximum difference of comparison results; and positioning the fault insulator between the positions where the two vibration sensors are located. The technical problems that insulators are required to be all dismounted and checked one by one when the fault insulator of a test platform is checked and time and labor are wasted.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of insulation technology, in particular to a method for locating faulty insulators on a GIS multi-factor combined aging test platform. Background technique [0002] During the operation of gas-insulated hermetically-enclosed combined electrical appliances (GIS), pot insulators will gradually age due to the combined effects of electricity, heat, mechanical vibration and various environmental factors. Insulation aging reduces the electrical strength and mechanical strength of insulators, and even causes GIS operation failure. For GIS with a long running time, the problem of insulation aging is more prominent, and its life depends largely on the life of the insulator. Monitoring the state of GIS insulators and evaluating the remaining life is an important condition to ensure the safe and reliable operation of GIS. [0003] The GIS multi-factor joint aging test platform provides the conditions for the aging tes...
