The flexible wearable shoulder joint assisting exoskeleton clothes further comprise a sensing module with a tension sensor and a navigation posture reference system, and the sensing module feeds back running status of the flexible wearable shoulder joint assisting exoskeleton clothes to the driver, and is installed on a big arm fabric worn on a human big arm. Accordingly, postures of the human upper limbs are monitored in real time through the navigation posture reference system, the driver outputs suitable torque for driving the rope so as to directly drag an anchor point on the big arm fabric, pull the big arm fabric and assist in the motion of the shoulder joints, and meanwhile the tension sensor feeds back actual tension magnitude, and the drivers adjusts the output torque in real time.
