Abstract

The angle adaptive differential pressure flowmeter comprises a cylinder body, pressure taking holes, pressure equalizing cavities, a pressure guiding pipe, a multi-channel differential pressure sensor, a meter head, a mounting joint and a pipeline, wherein three pressure equalizing cavities are axially formed inside the cylinder body, the three pressure equalizing cavities are ndependent of one another and are not communicated with one another, three rows of pressure taking holes are axially formed in the side wall of the cylinder body in an incident flow direction along the axial direction of the cylinder body, each row comprises a plurality of the pressure taking holes, three rows of the pressure taking holes are communicated with the three pressure equalizing cavities respectively, and the pressure equalizing cavities are used for equalizing static pressure differences of the rows of pressure taking holes along the axial direction. The angle adaptive differential pressure flowmeter can automatically correct the measurement errors caused by a flow deflection angle of a fluid in the pipeline or an installation deflection angle of the flowmeter in the existing flow measurement, thereby improving the precision of pipeline flow measurement.
