The adjustment and control injection-production experimental device comprises a sand-packed model, an injection system and a back-pressure system, and further comprises a pressurization system; the pressurization system comprises a special piston-type container and a boundary pressure pump; the special piston-type container comprises a piston cylinder, a piston, an initial end cover and a tail end cover; the piston is mounted in the piston cylinder, and athrough initial end main flow pass is formed in the center of the initial end cover and connected with the boundary pressure pump; a through tail end main flow pass is formed in the center of the tail end cover and connected with a slotted pipeline hole of the sand-packed model, and three or more fluid in-out holes are formed in the axial inner end face of the tail end cover; and oblique fluid channels are further formed in the tail end cover, and the fluid channels and the fluid in-out holes are the same in number and mutually correspond one to one in a matched mode. The actual reservoir characteristics can be reflected better in a test, the defect of constant volume of an existing instrument is overcome, and different boundary and reservoir conditions can be simulated.
