The replacing method for the hydraulic oil cylinder comprises the following steps that S1, a stabilizing component (40) for supporting or pulling the arm frame (20) is installed so as to fix the arm frame (20); S2, the hydraulic oil cylinder (30) needing to be replaced is detached; S3, a new hydraulic oil cylinder is installed; and S4, the stabilizing component (40) is detached.
