The nanometer aerosol hygroscopicity measurement system comprises an aerosol selection unit, an aerosol humidification unit, a particle size distribution measurement unit and a computation unit which are connected in order; the aerosol selection unit is used for selecting to-be-measured aerosol particle with predetermined diameter; the aerosol humidification unit is used for humidifying the selected to-be-measured aerosol particle with predetermined diameter so as to reach the predetermined humidity; a buffering unit is used for temporarily storing the humidified to-be-measured aerosol particle; the particle size distribution measurement unit is used for measuring the to-be-measured aerosol particle passing through the buffering unit; and the computation unit is used for computing a moisture absorption growth factor corresponding to the humidity for any humidity. The buffering unit buffers the to-be-measured aerosol particle so as to better reach water vapor equilibrium, especially for the aerosol particle with small particle size, the subsequent measurement precision can be improved.
