The radius of an involute starting point of the involute cam is the smallest and the radius of the end point is the greatest, the starting point is connected to one end of a U-shaped groovewhile the other end of the U-shaped groove is connected to one end of a straight section, and the other end of the straight section is connected to the end point; the notch wheel and the involute camare coaxially attached and move independently, the radius of the notch wheel is equal to the smallest radius of the involute cam, and a groove is formed in the circumference of the notch wheel; one end of the grab handle is bended, the bending point is hinged and fixed, and the tail end of the bended part is hinged to the notch wheel; the grab handle is pressed to drive the notch wheel to rotate,and the grab handle is lifted up to drive the notch wheel to return, and the involute cam rotates one revolution; the limiting pin can be placed in the U-shaped groove, the limiting pin is connectedto a return spring, and the return spring applies a force facing the direction of the involute cam all the way; and the involute cam is connected to the traction roller through a gear mechanism.
