Abstract

The invention provides a method for transmitting HARQ-ACK information. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that: UE (User Equipment) detects a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) and receives a PDSCH scheduled by the PDCCH; for a time slot of a carrier, HARQ-ACK position and HARQ-ACK bits occupied by the time slot are determined according to the configured time slotpattern and the configured PDCCH detection position; the UE generates an HARQ-ACK codebook according to the HARQ-ACK position and HARQ-ACK bits of the time slot And transmits the HARQ-ACK information. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the HARQ-ACK bits needing to be fed back in each time slot is reduced; feedback overhead is reduced, the bit number of the generated HARQ-ACK codebook is semi-statically changed, so that confusion between the base station and the UE is avoided.
