The rotary multi-environment AOI detecting device comprises a plurality ofscreen detecting stations, a detecting light source, a screen moving device, an image acquisition device and a data processing device, wherein each screen detecting station is configured to have different detection environments suitable for detecting specific screen defect types; the screen moving device moves detected screens to the screen detecting stations synchronously; the image acquisition device acquires all-station images of the detected screens at respective current screen detecting stations, so that each image contains a plurality of image regions corresponding to different screen detecting stations; the screen moving device moves the detected screens to the respective next screen detecting stations after each image acquisition; and the image acquisition device re-conducts the image acquisition in the next round of multiple detection environments until the detected screens traverse detection of the different detection environments.
