Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic natural gas compressor intake system, a secondary fueling station and a gas discharge method. The intake system comprises position detecting devices and two gas discharge pipelines; the position detecting devices are used for detecting the positions of a piston of a compressor in suction cavities; the two gas discharge pipelines are connected in parallel; an inlet of each gas discharge pipeline is used for being connected with a gas source; outlets of the gas discharge pipelines communicate with an intake pipeline of the compressor; each gas discharge pipeline is provided with a control valve; the control valves and the position detecting devices are in communication connection, and can be controlled by signals of the position detecting devices to be opened or closed; gas is discharged to the suction cavities of the compressor by the gas source connected with one of the gas discharge pipelines, and when the pressure of the gas source is less than a preset value, and the position sensors detect that the piston runs to the preset positions of the suction cavities, the control valve of the other gas discharge pipeline is opened to make the other gassource to supplement the discharged gas to the suction cavities. The hydraulic natural gas compressor intake system, the secondary fueling station and the gas discharge method provided by the invention are capable of increasing the running efficiency of the compressor and the gas discharge efficiency.
