Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a peritoneoscope. The peritoneoscope comprises a monitor, a trocar, a grasping part, an anchoring part, illumination equipment and a camera shooting module; the monitor is used for displaying an image collected by the camera shooting module, and the trocar is placed in an opening of the abdominal cavity wall; the grasping part is placed outside the abdominal cavity, and the anchoring part, the illumination equipment and the camera shooting module are all arranged in the abdominal cavity; the anchoring part is fixed to the abdominal cavity wall through suction force between the anchoring part and the grasping part; and the camera shooting module is connected with the anchoring part through the illumination equipment, and the anchoring part, the illumination equipment and the camera shooting module enter the abdominal cavity through the trocar. By applying the peritoneoscope provided by the embodiment of the invention, an opening does not need tobe additionally formed in the abdominal cavity wall, thus the number of the openings of the abdominal cavity wall can be decreased, and tissue damage of the abdominal cavity wall is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a laparoscope. Background technique [0002] The development of internal laparoscopy, which is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a small incision and can provide real-time visual feedback to the surgeon, has been an important research topic to improve the clinical operability of minimally invasive surgery (MIS). [0003] The traditional laparoscope is a rigid long rod laparoscope, which includes a trocar, a thin and long hollow needle, a monitor connected to the hollow needle, and a camera at the free end of the hollow needle. A camera includes an image sensor, a lens, and an illumination source. The hollow needle is configured to pass through the tissue layers of the abdominal wall and enter the abdominal cavity, and a camera can be manually mounted on the free end of the hollow needle through a trocar. In this way, when in use, the camera can coll...
