By adopting structures of the upper cover and the flat bottom groove, the two parts can play a certain sealing role, the upper cover serves as the bottom, suitable materials are added according to the size of the second containing space, the chemical feed pipe is closed, and the whole device is shaken periodically till the materials are sufficiently dissolved; a prepared solution is subjected to still standing, the device is reversed to make the flat bottom groove serve as the bottom, the solution enters the first containing space from the second containing space, the device is shaken from side to side to enable the solution to be spread, and then still standing is conducted till the thickness of the solution is uniform; and through opening of the chemical feed pipe, the volatilization speed of acetone is controlled, requirements for an operation technique are avoided, process stability is ensured, and thus the quality of the obtained AC paper is ensured.
