Abstract

The invention discloses a biliary drainage pipe. The biliary drainage pipe comprises a drainage pipe body arranged with a drainage channel; and a drainage hole, which is used for allowing communication between the drainage channel and the external space of drainage pipe body, is arranged at the front end of the drainage pipe body. Thus, when the front end of the drainage pipe body is placed insidethe liver and the gallbladder, draining and rinsing can be performed on the interiors of the liver and the gallbladder through the drainage hole and the drainage channel. Moreover, an airbag is arranged, between the drainage hole of the drainage pipe body and the tail end of the drainage pipe body, on the outer wall; and an gas supply passage communicating with the airbag is further arranged inside the drainage pipe body, so that, inflation of the airbag can be realized through the gas supply passage after the front end of the drainage pipe body is placed inside the liver and the gallbladder,thereby allowing gradual expanded enlargement of the airbag under the action of internal gases. Thus, the interiors of the the liver and the gallbladder are extruded by the extrusion of the airbag soas to achieve certain fixing effects on the drainage pipe body, so that, the problem of accidental slippage of the drainage pipe during retention period can be effectively avoided. In addition, the airbag in the expanded state also has certain dilatation effects on the fistulas; and thus, preparation is done for stage-two surgery.
