Abstract

The invention discloses a gesture detection method insensitive to wearing position offset based on an FMG armlet. The gesture detection system comprises a wearable armlet, a data acquisition and processing device, a user computer side and a position offset insensitive detection algorithm obtained through calculation, wherein the wearable arm band is provided with an FSR sensor which applies an FMGtechnology and can detect the gesture action information of a human body, the data acquisition and processing device gathers the information of each FSR sensor and sends the information to a user computer terminal through serial port communication. The data information collected by the sensors at different positions is comprehensively used, a program in a computer end can detect the gesture of auser through a position offset insensitive gesture detection and recognition algorithm, so that not only the gestures of the users can be detected, but also the identification precision is not affected by the wearing position offset of the sensors. The system and the method provide a new solution for stabilizing the accuracy of gesture detection by using the wearable FMG technology in daily life.
