One end of the flexible shaft is connected with one supporting rod rotationally, the other end of the flexible shaft is connected with a rotation shaft of a motor arranged on the other supporting rod, a plurality of bell-mouth water inlets are arranged on the flexible shaft, each bell-mouth water inlet is connected with an L-shaped drain pipe, the L-shaped drainpipes are all connected with the flexible shaft perpendicularly, and the central line of each bell-mouth water inlet is perpendicular to the lower portion of the corresponding L-shaped drain pipe.
