A threaded hole is formed in the upper end of the rotating shaft.A bolt matched with the threaded hole is arranged on the upper side of the accommodating cavity. A module operating rod comprises an intelligent module clamp, a twisting piece, a rod body and a screwdriver. The twisting piece is made of elastic materials, and the lower end of the twisting piece is fixedly connected with the rod body through a sleeve. An insulating part is fixed to the upper end ofthe twisting piece. An intelligent module clamp is rotationally arranged at the upper end of the insulating part.
