Embodiment

[0022] 1. Adopt the cultivation mode of concealment—plant among the lower rows of adult fir forests with a shading rate of 60-75%.

[0023] Konjac is a negative plant, and the sun is strong, which is easy to aggravate the disease. It should be properly shaded in cultivation.

[0024] 2. Soil preparation, soil disinfection and fertilization:

[0025] Soil preparation: carry out deep plowing (above 20 cm) on the fallow land before winter to dry the soil, turn the plow after spring, open the box to bury the moisture, the moisture surface is 6-8 feet wide, the furrow is 1 foot wide, and the furrow depth is 20-25 cm to facilitate drainage and reduce disease.

[0026] Soil disinfection: Generally, 50-100 kg of quicklime per mu is used for disinfection and sterilization to reduce the source of disease in the taro field. At the same time, lime application can also adjust the acidic soil to reduce acidity. When the diseased plot cannot be changed to crop rotation, formalin or xylene ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cultivation method for organic konjac under a forest. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: 1) forest land selection; 2) forest land treatment; 3) seed selection; 4) sowing; 5) forest management; and 6) timely digging and harvesting. According to the invention, a proper cedar forest is selected for konjac planting, and by utilization of the characteristics of cedar trees, the occurrence of ground diseases and pests in the process of konjac planting is basically eradicated; meanwhile, needle leaves fallen from the cedar trees are utilized to improve soil, so the occurrence of underground diseases and pests in the process of konjac planting is basically eradicated; by adoption of planting under a cedar forest, no need of using any chemical pesticides for disinfection and almost no need of using chemical fertilizers are realized, and base fertilizer application and topdressing mainly adopt farmyard manure, so planted konjac is green and pollution-free and meets the standards of organic food; and by combination of links like scientific seed selection and sowing, unearthed konjac is uniform in sizes and shapes and has a yield increased by 15 to22% compared with the yield of the konjac obtained by pure planting or planting under a forest, and the phenomenon of diseased and dead plants in the process of planting is controlled to 2% or below.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of crop planting, in particular to a cultivation method of understory organic konjac. Background technique [0002] Konjac is a plant of the genus Konjac in the Araceae family. It is one of the few plants containing natural glucomannan in nature, and glucomannan has unique nutritional value and has attracted much attention. In recent years, as the advantages of konjac products in food, medical treatment, health care, and industrial use have become increasingly apparent, the large-scale planting of konjac and the deep processing of products have quickly been mentioned on the agenda of people of insight from all walks of life. The folks have the habit of planting konjac, but they are all sporadic planting in front of the house and in the corners of the fields. They are not scaled, the management is extensive, and the output is limited. They are only used for making konjac tofu. With the continuous expansion of market d...
