Problems solved by technology

Top-fed artificial fur fabrics, especially jacquard fabrics, have problems such as lack of hair, hair spots and inaccurate jacquard in production. To solve these production quality control problems, the current solution mainly relies on the pattern maker to modify the carding head according to personal experience. Feeding action, although this solution can improve fabric quality, this method not only requires repeated proofing adjustments, but also is not conducive to technology promotion
The root cause of these production quality problems is the incomplete transfer of fibers between rollers and needles, and the lag and circulation of fiber carding transport in the card head, resulting in inaccurate fiber amounts on the card head

Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for quality control of artificial fur fabric production, comprising the following steps:

[0027] S101, establishing a fiber transfer model of a carding head in an artificial fur machine. Specifically, due to the incomplete transfer of the fibers between the two rollers, the untransferred fibers enter the next transfer process together with the newly fed fibers. There is a process of cyclic transfer of fibers in the movement of the whole carding head. When the knitting needles hook the fibers, the amount ...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for controlling the production quality of an artificial fur fabric. The method comprises the following steps of establishing a fiber transfer model of a carding head inan artificial fur machine; analyzing an input pattern design graph to obtain a first wool feeding matrix and converting the first wool feeding matrix to obtain an input fibril quantity sequence; expanding the first wool feeding matrix to obtain a second wool feeding matrix; obtaining an output fiber quantity sequence according to the input fibril quantity sequence and the fiber transfer model; obtaining a third wool feeding matrix according to the output fiber quantity sequence and the first wool feeding matrix; comparing the second wool feeding matrix with the third wool feeding matrix to obtain an error; judging whether or not the error is smaller than a preset threshold value; if yes, outputting the second wool feeding matrix; otherwise, compensating for the second wool feeding matrixaccording to the error. The method solves the problems of nonuniform wool feeding and the like in the production process of existing artificial fur fabrics and effectively improves the weaving quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery control, and more particularly, relates to a method for controlling the quality of artificial fur fabric production. Background technique [0002] As a substitute for natural fur, artificial fur fabric is widely used in apparel fabrics, toys and blankets. Top-fed artificial fur fabrics, especially jacquard fabrics, have problems such as lack of hair, hair spots and inaccurate jacquard in production. To solve these production quality control problems, the current solution mainly relies on the pattern maker to modify the carding head according to personal experience. Feeding action, although this solution can improve fabric quality, this method not only requires repeated proofing adjustments, but also is not conducive to technology promotion. The root cause of these production quality problems is incomplete fiber transfer between rollers and knitting needles, and the lag and circulation o...
