The internal scanning spectrum imager is connected with the microscopic imaging system through the adapter port, and transmits signals to the upper computer. The internal scanning spectrum imager comprises a box body, and a hyperspectral imager, a linear displacement table, a driving deviceand a driving control board provided in the box body. The hyperspectral imager is mounted on the linear displacement table, and is connected with the microscopic imaging system through the adapter port. The linear displacement table is driven by the driving device. The upper computer realizes the motion control of the driving device, and acquisition and analysis of image data.
