Two up and down rows of split screw holes are formed in the lateral wall of the lower sleeve. Split screws are arranged in the split screw holes. A connecting clamping piece is arranged in the lower sleeve. The connecting clamping piece comprises a round piece arranged in the innercavity of the lower sleeve and a clamping connecting piece arranged at the center of the round piece. The clamping piece is perpendicular to the plane of the round piece and extends downwards. The connecting clamping piece is arranged in the lower sleeve, and therefore the communicating cavities of the lower sleeve and the upper sleeve are sealed.
