Abstract

The invention relates to a stent-less high polymer prefabricated valve applied to aortic root reconstruction. The stent-less high polymer prefabricated valve comprises a suture ring and three valve leaflets which are consistent in specification, wherein the suture ring is of a strip-shaped structure; the valve leaflets are composed of inner leaflets and edge portions; the inner leaflets are of half-moon shaped structures which are matched with aortic valve leaflets of human body; the edge portions are of annular structures which are matched with outer contour lines of the inner leaflets, and the edge portions are stuck on the peripheries of the inner leaflets; the three valve leaflets are distributed in a line in a length direction of the suture ring, and the edge portions of the valve leaflets, in correspondence to parts of straight edges thereof, are stuck at the same side of the suture ring; and the ends, which are mutually close, of the two adjacent valve leaflets are connected. The stent-less high polymer prefabricated valve provided by the invention has the advantages that the prefabricated valve is simple in structure and convenient for doctors to use; the prefabricated valve can save operational time and reduce surgical risks in patients; and the prefabricated valve that the valve leaflets are not made by biological tissues, is free from a phenomenon of of calcificationand free from immunotoxicity.
