Abstract

The invention provides a joint control switch system and a control method thereof and relates to ht field of a smart home. The system comprises a first switch, a second switch and a control terminal.A first end of the first switch is connected with a live wire through utilization of a single wire power supply. A second end of the first switch is connected with a null line. The null line is connected with a controlled load. A third end of the first switch is connected with the second switch through utilization of a power wire, a ground wire and a signal line. The first switch and the control terminal are wirelessly connected. The first switch supplies power to the second switch through utilization of the power wire and the ground wire and communicates with the second switch through utilization of the signal line. The first switch detects a first switching control instruction, a second switching control instruction from the second switch or a third switching control instruction from thecontrol terminal and controls a switching state of the controlled load based on the first switching control instruction, the second switching control instruction or the third switching control instruction. According to the system and the method, exiting wiring is utilized fully, cost is reduced, and control efficiency, security and reliability are improved.
