Abstract

The invention discloses a hard rock tunnel boring machine water system, which comprises a primary loop and a secondary loop for cooling a heating component, the primary loop for cooling the secondaryloop. The primary loop is provided internally with a cold water tank and a hot water tank separated from each other. Water inlet ends of first heat exchange assemblies are in communication with the cold water tank. Water outlet ends of the first heat exchange assemblies are in communication with the hot water tank. A communication pipeline is arranged between the cold water tank and the hot watertank. The water outlet ends of the first heat exchange assemblies are further connected with a water consuming assembly. The cold water tank and the hot water tank are separately arranged in the primary loop, the cooling water heated in the primary loop enters the hot water tank during operation and flows back to the communicated cold water tank after being cooled. In this way, the cooled coolingwater can be used repeatedly for cooling. At the same time, the high-temperature cooling water output by the heat exchange assemblies is supplied to the water consuming assembly. The cooling water ofthe consuming system is ensured to be high-temperature water, the low-temperature water circulating in the system is stored, the utilization rate of cooling water is increased, and the amount of waterconsumed by the water system is thus reduced.
