Problems solved by technology

However, the application and promotion of most integrated pest management measures on the farmland scale are often limited in large areas.
Similarly, the application of pest control measures under large-scale landscape conditions often has certain limitations, such as landscape composition is not operable at the field scale

Embodiment Construction

[0021] A method for controlling insect pests in farmland landscape through habitat management, comprising the following steps:

[0022] (1) Divide the agricultural landscape area into farming area, transition area, and non-vegetation area. The transition area includes one or any combination of forest land, fruit land, artificial pasture, and natural grassland. The non-vegetation area includes houses, roads, etc. , courtyards, squares, canals, etc., the farming area is composed of water / vegetable field patches and dry farming patches, (transition area + non-vegetation area): water / vegetable field patches: dry farming patches = (2.3~2.7) : (1.35~1.65): (5.4~6.6), the above is the area ratio; the number ratio of water / vegetable field patches to dry farming patches is 1:4, water / vegetable field patches and dry farming patches 5-year crop rotation, that is, the fields planted as water / vegetable patches in the first year are used as dry farming patches for the next four years, and 1...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of agricultural habitat management, in particular to a method to control farmland landscape pests via habitat management. The method includes the steps of dividing afarmland landscape area into a cultivation part, a transition part, and a non-vegetation part, and carrying out yearly rotation in paddy / vegetable patches and dry patches, to be specific, using a wheat-corn and alfalfa interplanting mode in the dry patches, wherein wheat, corn and alfalfa belts are respectively 60-80 m, 2.1-2.3 m and not less than four times of harvester width in width, one wheatbelt and one corn belt locate on two sides of one alfalfa belt, wheat and corn are subjected to single-year to two-year rotation, and alfalfa and wheat-corn are subjected to four-year to five-year rotation; building a protective forest belt around the cultivation part; mowing alfalfa once to twice in early June and July each year, and weeding the corn belts in mid-late July by mechanized plowing, and spraying leaf fertilizer and pesticides to the wheat belts in early to mid-June. The paddy and dry rotation mode is used herein to effectively kill dry farmland pests via paddy fields; the protective forest can effectively isolate pests which spread with wind; alfalfa mowing enables wheat field enemies to migrate to wheat fields on two sides, and the pests are biologically controlled.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural habitat management, in particular to a method for controlling farmland landscape pests through habitat management. Background technique: [0002] Over the past half century, the global agricultural landscape has undergone significant changes, including changes in land use types and rapid succession of surface vegetation, improvements in agricultural production levels and management measures, and changes in farmland environmental quality and soil nutrition. These changes pose a great threat to farmland biodiversity, and also raise new questions for the study of sustainable pest control strategies in this context. [0003] The traditional pest ecological regulation is carried out in a single crop at the farmland scale, which is mainly reflected in the organic combination of crop cultivation and cultivation, variety combination and layout, agricultural operation and management, natural enemy pr...
