Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of tower elevator power supply in wind farm, in particular to a tower elevator power supply method and an energy storage system based on the utilization ofdiscarded wind, which utilizes the discarded wind power quantity to supply power to the tower elevator and uses the energy storage system as a supplementary power supply mode of the tower elevator when the discarded wind is insufficient. In order to optimize the energy storage system, a model of tower elevator energy storage system is established, and genetic algorithm (GS) is used to optimize the energy storage configuration. Based on the actual statistical data of a wind farm in Xinjiang, the amount of wind power discarded from the wind farm and the power of tower elevator are calculated. The energy storage capacity and charge-discharge power are calculated by numerical examples, and the parameters of the energy storage system are optimized to minimize the operating cost of the energy storage system, which verifies the feasibility of the tower elevator power supply mode scheme based on waste wind utilization.
