Problems solved by technology

The existing sag control scheme cuts off the interconnection between users and the power grid, and the investment decision has a certain degree of subjectivity and one-sidedness, which makes it impossible for both the supply and demand sides to choose control measures reasonably or wastes control resources

Embodiment 1

[0044] Sensitive user loss estimation

[0045] The formulation of voltage sag control strategy should pay attention to both user loss and sag control cost. In order to evaluate the economic loss caused by voltage sag to sensitive users, it is necessary to randomly estimate the voltage sag of sensitive load busbars when the actual measurement data is difficult to obtain. The Monte Carlo method is often used to solve the randomness problem of the power system. The Monte Carlo method is used to randomly predict the fault of the power grid, and the fault type, fault location and fault duration are selected as random variables, and the fault impedance is ignored.

[0046] Fault type

[0047] The frequency of various types of faults P(FT t ) can be expressed by formula (1):

[0048]

[0049] In the formula: P fs (s=1, 2, 3, 4) represent the number of single-phase to ground short-circuit, two-phase to ground short-circuit, two-phase short-circuit and three-phase short-circuit ...

Embodiment 2

[0095] This embodiment 2 is the specific application of the voltage sag control method based on the coordination of supply and demand in embodiment 1. Taking the IEEE30 node system as an example for simulation analysis, the system includes two voltage level lines of 132kV and 33kV, and has 6 generator sets, 30 busbars, 37 lines and 4 transformers, it is assumed that all transformers use Y0 / Y0 wiring. The probability of occurrence of different types of faults in IEEE30 system is shown in Table 1.

[0098]

[0099] In order to study the loss of sensitive users, the following assumptions are made for the data of industrial users’ voltage sag loss data, the expected value of single sag loss and load capacity of typical industrial users, as shown in Table 2. Use the voltage withstand curve of typical industrial sensitive users, such as figure 2 shown.

Abstract

The invention discloses a voltage sag comprehensive treatment method based on supply and demand coordination. Considering the investment cost of both supplier and demander and the loss of user, the net present value method is used to establish the objective function of transformation benefit and the optimal allocation model of comprehensive transformation, and the chain agent genetic algorithm isused to solve the problem. The simulation analysis in IEEE30 system shows that the proposed comprehensive control strategy is effective and superior through the comparison of user loss before and after renovation. It not only improves the power quality of consumers, but also improves the reliability and security of power system, which makes up for the simplicity of resource allocation strategy inthe existing voltage sag control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power system fault management, in particular to a comprehensive voltage sag treatment method based on supply-demand coordination, based on the two perspectives of grid-side transformation and user-side voltage compensation, to comprehensively improve user power quality and improve power system reliability sex and safety. Background technique [0002] The control of voltage sag mainly focuses on reducing the frequency of voltage sag and controlling the severity of its consequences. Users usually use voltage compensation equipment or uninterruptible power supply to reduce the risk of production process interruption or production equipment damage; the power grid mainly controls voltage sag by reducing the probability of line failure, reducing the time for fault clearance and changing the power supply mode.
