The method divides the wellbore into several sectionsand calculates the physical parameters of the corresponding sections. The temperature field distribution of hot water injection into the hollow sucker rod in the wellbore tubing is calculated by iterative method. The calculation method disclosed by the invention has good calculation stability and high calculation accuracy, and can be used for predicting the displacement and temperature of hot water mixed into the wellhead of the double-layer hollow sucker rod hot water circulating heating viscosity reduction process by the algorithm and the interpretation tool, thus achieving the purpose of viscosity reduction of the wellbore crude oil.
