Abstract

The present invention provides a method for achieving a residential parking lot parking stall reservation based on an intelligent terminal, belonging to the technical field of application software development. The method employs a three-party win-win mode of property management, a platform and users, and employs a 'cloud-management-terminal' technical framework. The method comprises the steps of:introducing cooperation of a residential property manager and a platform, completing work of uploading residential garage information and checking proprietor vehicle stalls through a property management system in a pc login platform in a condition without influencing the residential property management system itself, accessing each checked registered property manager to the platform by a platformmanager, and completing checking of the residential garage information; performing parking stall reservation by users through a WeChat terminal, obtaining user position information through the WeChatterminal, searching a parking lot list in a 10km range around the users, and performing distance sorting from far to near; autonomously selecting proper residential parking lots by the users, then performing parking stall reservation, allowing the users to autonomously select ideal parking stalls through showing a residential parking lot planar graph for the users, and completing reservation afterthe users select the parking stalls; after the reservation is successful, obtaining gate control two-dimensional codes for accessing the community by the users on the terminal page, wherein the two-dimensional code information comprises residential parking lot names, parking stall numbers and phone numbers, the users enter the parking lots to allow the property manager to scan the two-dimensionalcodes, the users can obtain path planning maps from the entrances of the parking lots to the parking stalls through the intelligent terminal, and the users park the vehicles, in a similar way, the two-dimensional codes are scanned again for payment to complete a parking stall reservation.
