At a seed sowing phase, the plantgrowth regulator composition is prepared from the following components: 4 to 6ppm of forchlorfenuron, 0.1 to 0.5ppm of brassin, 2 to 8ppm of methyl naphthaleneacetate and 10 to 15ppm of gibberellin;at a growth period, the plant growth regulator composition is prepared from the following components: 10 to 15ppm of naphthylacetic acid, 6 to 8ppm of paclobutrazol, 2 to 6ppm of chlormequat, 3 to 5ppm of indoleacetic acid, 3 to 5ppm of sodium nitrophenolate and 6 to 8ppm of gibberellin; at a flowering period, the plant growth regulator composition is prepared from the following components: 10 to15ppm of diethylaminoethyl hexanoate, 6 to 8ppm of forchlorfenuron, 8 to 10ppm of the sodium nitrophenolate, 15 to 25ppm of ethephon, 10 to 15ppm of the paclobutrazol, 5 to 10ppm of the naphthylaceticacid and 15 to 20ppm of glyphosine.
