Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic twisting device for processing of tea leaves. The automatic twisting device comprises a machine frame, wherein a bottom plate and a mounting plate are welded to the outer wall of one side of the machine frame; the mounting plate is located on the bottom plate; a twisting disk is mounted at the top end of the mounting plate; a center disk is mounted at the middle position of the twisting disk; first twisting teeth are welded to the outer wall on one side of the twisting disk; second twisting teeth are welded to the outer wall on one side of the center disk;a first motor and a material bulking cylinder are mounted at the top end of the bottom plate; and the material bulking cylinder is located on one side of the first motor. According to the automatic twisting device disclosed by the invention, the material bulking cylinder, a material bulking shaft, the center disk, an air cylinder, a second motor and a material bulking rod are arranged, so that after twisting is completed, a discharging switch of the twisting device is started; a telescopic rod is driven by the cylinder to return, so that the center disk at the middle position of the twisting disk moves into the material bulking cylinder; and besides, the material bulking shaft is driven by the second motor to rotate through a rotating shaft, and in the course of moving downwards, the center disk is gradually close to the position of the material bulking rod.
