According to the method, an electric field is applied to nanometer silver wires in a coating layer after a nanometer silver solution is coated on a surface of a substrate to form the coating layer and before the coating layer is cured to form the transparent conductive film, the arrangement direction of the nanometer silver wires in the coating layer is changed, so that the nanometer silver wires in the coating layer is arranged according to an arrangement mode, and the transparent conductive film conforming to resistance ratio demanded by application is obtained. By the method, the problem of relatively high design requirement of a product employing a nanosilver conductive film as theconductive film due to resistance ratio difference between a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction of the nanosilver conductive film is solved.
