Vertically-arranged guide rails are arranged on the guiding frame; the front wheel clamping mechanism is movably mounted on the guide rails; and the front wheel lifting control mechanism is arranged on the guiding frame, connected with the frontwheel clamping mechanism and used for driving the front wheel clamping mechanism to rise and fall along the guide rails. Bicycle parking and picking-up methods are applied to the suspension-erecting-type bicycle parking frame and comprise the bicycle parking method and the bicycle picking-up method. The bicycle parking method comprises the steps of 1, authentication, 2, front wheel fixing and 3, integral lifting of bicycles. The bicycle picking-up method comprises the steps of 1, authentication and 2, integral putting-down of the bicycles.
