Problems solved by technology

Distiller's grains contain 8% to 13% starch. However, too much starch content is not conducive to the growth of earthworms. Starch will stimulate earthworms to secrete gastric acid. Excessive gastric acid secretion will cause earthworms to convulse

Embodiment 3

[0025] 50 parts of distiller's grains, 35 parts of straw, 20 parts of feces, 5 parts of rotten fruits and vegetables, 3 parts of high-temperature actinomycetes, 0.7 parts of quicklime, 3 parts of gypsum powder, 5 parts of nutrient solution, and 15 parts of sandy soil.

[0026] Prepare raw material with reference to above-mentioned embodiment formula, make earthworm feeding substrate according to following process:

[0027] 1. Pretreatment: Dry the distiller's grains at 40-45°C, add water to the distiller's grains according to the mass ratio of material to liquid 1:6, add water while stirring, soak the distiller's grains for 2 days, centrifuge the distiller's grains at 4000mpr for 10min, and keep the supernatant and precipitation.

[0028] 2. Pre-wetting: Air-dry the straw (or straw) for 2 days, crush it into granules ranging in size from 1mm to 2cm, add quicklime, and add distiller's lees extract while stirring, so that the water content in the straw (or straw) is 55%~ 60%. ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of using distiller's grains to make an earthworm feeding matrix. The earthworm feeding matrix comprises, by weight, 45-50 parts of distiller's grains, 30-35 parts of straw, 10-20 parts of excrement, 3-5 parts of rotten fruit and vegetable, 1-3 parts of thermoactinomyces, 0.6-0.7 part of quick lime, 1-3 parts of gypsum powder, 3-5 parts of nutrient solution and 10-15 parts of sandy soil. The method includes pretreatment, prewetting, rotting, decomposing and blending. Starch in the distiller's grains can be converted through fermentation to synthesize nutritionalsubstances which can be absorbed by earthworms, so that spasm of the earthworms is reduced, and macromolecular substances in the distiller's grains can be decomposed into micromolecules to be conducive to being absorbed by the earthworms. The straw is prewetted through distiller's grain extract, so the decomposing process of the straw is accelerated, and content of organic acid and protein is increased. Only a small amount of excrement is added into the matrix, so that difficulty of breeding the earthworms in non-pastoral areas is lowered. The matrix prepared by the method can guarantee healthy growth of the earthworms, so that quality of the earthworms is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of waste utilization, in particular to a method for using distiller's grains to make a substrate for raising earthworms. Background technique [0002] Earthworm is a general term for oligochaete animals in the annelida phylum, belonging to the order of unidirectional worms. Earthworms are rich in protein, amino acids, fats, minerals, vitamins and trace elements, etc. In recent years, the trade of some developed foods in the world is gradually increasing. In some countries such as the United States and Africa, earthworms are used to make various dishes and canned food. Waiting for food. Earthworms are called earthworms in traditional Chinese medicine, and "Compendium of Materia Medica" claims that they have the functions of dredging meridians, activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. [0003] Earthworms have...
