According to the method, a sliding mode variable structure controller based on a novelreaching law is used, an integration item of an error signal is introduced into design of a sliding-mode surface, requirement for an acceleration signal in a controlled variable is avoided, and stable-state errors of the system are reduced; a speed-change reaching law is introduced, so that the reaching speed of the system is associated with change of a system quantity of state, and the dynamic quality of the system is improved; and in addition, a continuous function sigmoid(s) is used to replace a sign function sgn(s) in the routine reaching law, and buffeting is reduced further. Compared with a traditional PI control method, the given speed signal can be tracked in a better and rapider way, and higher robustness for the external disturbance of the system is provided.
