The method comprises the following steps: a first node in a first communicationnetwork sends first request information to a core node of the first communication network to obtain an IP address of an inter-network settlement node in the first communication network; the first nodecalls a second node in a second communication network, and initiates a call with the second node; and the first node sends call information after the call between the first node and the second node to the inter-network settlement node in the first communication network according to the IP address of the inter-network settlement node in the first communication network. According to the inter-network settlement method, apparatus and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, edge nodes in different communication networks form a block chain, when the inter-network settlement node of a calling party calculates the transfer information between different communication networks, the transfer information is broadcasted to the block chain network, so that the instantaneity of inter-network settlement is improved, and the problem of cost arrear between different operators is avoided.
