Each turning bookshelf comprises a supporting frame, a plurality of turning type book collection frames are mounted on each supporting frame, each turning type book collection frame is positioned on the lateral side of the corresponding supporting frame, and a first digital positioner and an in-position sensor are in signal connection with the navigation trolley and mounted on each turning type book collection frame. Each book borrowing machine comprises a supporting framework,a second lifting mechanism is arranged in each supporting framework, a book outlet mechanism is mounted on each second lifting mechanism, and the lateral side, close to the bottom end, of each supporting framework is provided with a book inlet.
