Abstract

The present invention relates to an aircraft vibration test, especially to a vibration performance test system under a super-high temperature environment. The system comprises: a test piece; a heatingpiece configured to heat the test piece; an acceleration sensor fixed at the surface of the test piece; a sensor cooling housing fixed at the upper surface of the test piece, wherein the accelerationsensor is locate in a first inner cavity; a force sensor located below the test piece in a vertical direction; an exciting rod fixedly arranged between the test piece and the force sensor; a vibration exciter fixed at the bottom portion of the force sensor; an insulation board horizontally arranged between the test piece and the force sensor; a cooling device configured to regulate temperatures in the first inner cavity and the exciting rod; and a processor configured to receive and process information transmitted by the acceleration sensor and the force sensor. The vibration performance testsystem under the super-high temperature environment can automatically regulate the temperature of a sensor environment so as to maintain that the sensor still works in a set temperature interval andensure the safety of the sensor and the accuracy of measurement data.
