Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic air valve, pertaining to the technical field of electromagnetic valves. The electromagnetic air valve comprises a valve body, a valve cover, coil windings, coil frameworks, a static iron core, a movable iron core and an elastic reset part. The outsides of the coil frameworks are provided with a magnetically-conductive housing connected with the valve cover. Two end of the magnetically-conductive housing are respectively equipped with an outer magnetically-conductive plate and an inner magnetically-conductive plate, both of which are connected with themagnetically-conductive housing. The outer magnetically-conductive plate is fixedly connected with the static iron core. The movable iron core penetrates through the middle part of the inner magnetically-conductive plate to be in the seal-fit relationship with the valve body. The coil frameworks are fixed in a cavity formed by the magnetically-conductive housing, the outer magnetically-conductiveplate and the inner magnetically-conductive plate. Due to the fact that the coil frameworks are fixed in the cavity formed by the magnetically-conductive housing, the outer magnetically-conductive plate and the inner magnetically-conductive plate and the cavity is made of magnetically-conductive material, the utilization rate of a magnetic field is raised. The acting force of the magnetic field between the movable iron core and the static iron core is improved. An internal magnetic field and an external magnetic field are isolated by the magnetically-conductive housing, the outer magnetically-conductive plate and the inner magnetically-conductive plate so that electromagnetic compatibility of the electromagnetic air valve is improved.
