Abstract

The scaffold base comprises a base plate and aninserting rod and further comprises a wireless intelligent inclination sensor integrated on the base plate. The wireless intelligent inclination sensor comprises an MEMS three-axis acceleration sensor, a wireless processor module and a power supply module. The wireless intelligent inclination sensor is responsible for completing data collecting, sending and receiving and inclination calculation under coordinating of the wireless processor module, and outputs of the wireless processor module are sent to a PC or a mobile phone client in a wireless transmission mode. In addition, the wireless intelligent inclination sensor is detachable, collision to the wireless intelligent inclination sensor in the moving process of the scaffold base can be avoided, and no influence on the working propertyof the scaffold base is ensured. According to the scaffold base, in the mounting and construction use processes of a scaffold, the inclination state of the scaffold base can be real-timely monitored,thus the potential safety hazard can be found in time, and scaffold collapse and casualty accidents are avoided.
