Abstract

The invention discloses a psychological pressure monitoring method and device integrating pulse rate variability and sleep quality. The method comprises the following steps of firstly collecting humanphotoplethysmography pulse signals and acceleration signals to recognize the current motion state; if the recognition result is a motion, discarding the pulse signal data, and if the recognition result is a peace state, first preprocessing the photoplethysmography pulse signals, then, extracting feature parameters of the pre-processed pulse signals to extract multidimensional feature parameters which can be used for measuring human psychological pressure, then inputting the extracted features into a pre-trained classifier, outputting the pressure state index, and finally, combining with recent sleep quality, and assisting the classifier to get the final psychological pressure state. The method and device can reduce the cost and complexity of pressure monitoring, can solve the problem of insufficient characterization ability of feature parameters of a single physiological signal, and at the same time, can greatly reduce the false judgment probability brought by short-range monitoring and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the psychological pressure monitoring.
