The system comprises a cloud computation management platform and detection sensors and is characterized in that one detection sensor is arranged on each charging pile and used for detecting whether the charging pile is idle or not; the cloud computation management platform comprises an information collecting module, a storage module and a computation module, the collecting module collects the associated information of the charging piles and local map information, the storage module stores the collected information, and the computation module computes and returns an inquiry result and computes and returns a guide route diagram; the idleness data detected by the detection sensors is uploaded to the storage module of the cloud computation management platform in real time. By the system, the idleness conditions and use conditions of nearby charging piles can be inquired fast,a driver can be conveniently and fast guided to the charging piles, time and power waste caused by the fact that the driver blindly looks for the charging piles can be avoided, the awkward situation that an electric vehicle cannot be driven due to the fact that the charging piles cannot be found can be avoided, and the utilization rate of the charging piles is increased at the same time.
