Problems solved by technology

Local mountain streams and small rivers (ditches) in these areas are affected by heavy rain, melting ice and snow, etc., resulting in rapid collection of surface runoff, forming a short-duration, large flow, large scouring force, large destructive force, and sediment content. The large, rapid rise and fall of floods caused serious disasters due to the lack of corresponding engineering control measures
The runoff formed by these small watersheds is often the main source of water for the production and life of residents in some towns and villages. Therefore, once the floods come, farmlands are often submerged by mudflows, roads are washed away by floods, and water for farmers and enterprises cannot be effectively guaranteed. , causing a very huge impact on local residents, and life and property are seriously threatened

Embodiment

[0103] The Xitugou River Basin in Yangguan Town, Dunhuang City was selected as the specific experimental area.

[0104] Step (1) Discrimination of the applicability of sediment fixation in high-sediment flood sediments

[0105] This area is very seriously affected by floods and sandstorms. The Xitugou River Basin is located about 3km west of Yangguan Town, separating the Kumtak Desert from the Yangguan Oasis. Restricted by the topographical conditions, the valley is distributed in a nearly north-south direction, with a maximum altitude of 5536m and a minimum altitude of 1187m. Floods in this ditch seriously threaten the safety of residents in Longle Village, Yangguan Forest Farm, Yangguan Town, downstream of Xitugou, and the property and people's lives in Dunhuang Ecological Park. From the survey of Dunhuang Water Conservancy Records to Xitugou, there have been more than 20 major floods in the past ten years. The upper reaches of the basin are dominated by alpine landforms wi...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for fixing a floating dune through sediments of a hyper-concentrated flood and relates to the technical field of water conservancy and desertification control. The method for fixing the floating dune through the sediments of the hyper-concentrated flood comprises the step that a dredging project which is used for changing the flow direction of the hyper-concentratedflood to enable the hyper-concentrated flood to flow through a desert area is built on a route which the hyper-concentrated flood flows through. According to the method, the large quantity of sediments carried in the flood are utilized, after the flood is guided into the desert area, due to flood infiltration and flow rate decreasing, the impact on a riverbed is weakened, the deposition capacityis improved, and the large quantity of sediments are deposited; after the flood is all infiltrated into a desert underground reservoir, the flood sediments form a clay hardened layer under the strongevaporation condition, and desert moving is stopped; and the harm of the flood is avoided, damage of desert moving to surrounding areas is also avoided, meanwhile, the flood infiltrating into the underground can be used for local production and living after being filtered by a desert, and thus the effect that the flood resource is safely utilized is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy and desertification prevention and control, in particular to a method for fixing mobile sand dunes by using sediments from high-sand content floods. Background technique [0002] Many small watersheds in the shallow mountainous areas of inland rivers in Northwest my country have small individual water catchment areas and often do not have control engineering measures. These small watersheds in areas without control engineering are the basic water catchment units in the inland river basin water system in Northwest China , mainly distributed in the Qilian Mountains and Altun Mountains, the Tianshan Mountains and the Kunlun Mountains, accounting for about 3%-8% of the runoff area in the mountainous areas. Local mountain streams and small rivers (ditches) in these areas are affected by heavy rain, melting ice and snow, etc., resulting in rapid collection of surface runoff, forming a short-dur...
